Finding a way that fits within.

When I first started 15 years ago, I stepped into this work holding two truths: I deeply wanted to belong, yet I couldn’t see myself in mainstream “entrepreneurial culture.” The pace, the pressure, the prescriptive paths.

I had strong passion and sharp positioning — the perks of a new venture. Still, something didn’t feel quite right. I felt inadequate, swimming upstream. It took time to claim a different path and soften into my own way of leading.

The gentle work of uncovering

Over the last decade, I’ve guided one hundred or so people through their own seasons of growth and reinvention. Leaders, creators, and practitioners with a deep desire to flourish in their business, on their own terms.

What I’ve learned is simple: sustainable, fulfilling entrepreneurship is never about fitting in — it’s about finding a way that fits within. It’s the work of discovering what’s already true.

In that uncovering, a more honest and resonant business emerges: by listening first to our essence, our values, our Nature — and only then turning to Culture as a mirror for what resonates beyond ourselves.

In the meeting place between Nature and Culture, our paradoxes reveal themselves. Never to be solved, but to be harmonised:

  • To lead with both humility and power

  • To embody creative freedom and a robust, disciplined process

  • To expand in reach while cultivating the beauty of intimacy

  • To serve a higher purpose while creating healthier profit

Our contradictions aren’t glitches to fix. We try to resolve them, yet one is often the doorway into mastering the other.

I’m opening my calendar for 2026 — if you feel called to give shape to your most resonant work, hit reply. I’d love to connect.
