Hello, I’m Carolina.
It’s lovely to meet you.
As a designer and communications specialist, I’ve dedicated my career to the art of bringing creative visions to life. My work weaves together research, strategy, and beauty – helping leaders and organisations express the essence of what they do.
In both my work and community, I advocate for diversity, reciprocity, and cooperation, continually fascinated by how the wisdom of Nature can inspire social innovation and create a sense of belonging that can transform small and larger systems.
Guided by ecofeminist principles and systems thinking, my practice is marked by a deep commitment and understanding of how values-driven collaboration can ignite powerful ideas, creating spaces where inspired visions can thrive.
est. 2013
Before founding AMORA in 2013, I spent a decade honing my skills in the corporate world, designing, planning, and implementing Marketing & Communications strategies for global brands.
I hold a Bachelor of Marketing, specialising in Brand Management and Creative Business Strategy, and I am currently pursuing a Master of Cultural Studies at The University of Sydney. I have also studied Design for Sustainability & Regeneration and have long been a curious explorer of depth psychology, mythology, and Indigenous ways of knowing.
I’m honoured that my work has positively impacted hundreds of individuals who share a similar worldview rooted in life-affirming possibilities. The experiences along the way have not only shaped my approach but also deepened my commitment to driving meaningful change.
