I’m Carolina, Brazilian designer & social entrepreneur based in Sydney.

Over a decade ago, I left my community and a successful career to star life in a foreign country. This incredibly privileged choice has radically transformed the way I create and work.

Blending research, design, content and strategy, AMORA brings to life brands and creative projects centred in social innovation and cultural change.

My approach is informed by eco-feminist principles, systems thinking and design for sustainability, and I’m proud to have collaborated with hundreds of like minds who share the vision of a more inclusive, equitable and sustainable world.

Together, we investigate challenges and make sense of complexities to co-create new ways forward.

While I’m far from having it figured out, this new kind of leadership is my passion and responsibility.

est. 2013

Before launching AMORA in 2013, I spent a decade building a glamorous marketing career in the corporate arena, designing, planning and implementing Communications and PR strategies internationally.

I hold a Marketing degree specialising in Creative Business Strategy and have completed an in-depth program in Design for Sustainability & Regeneration. I’m a curious student of Depth Psychology and an explorer of cross-cultural mythology and shamanism, passionate about the intersection between Nature, culture and collective liberation.

AMORA is a socially conscious creative studio with the vision of a more inclusive and sustainable world. I collaborate with values-driven humans to shift some stigmas around marketing and find new ways to develop their ideas and brands.

what I care about

Over the years, I’ve been involved with dozens of not-for-profits and social enterprises, co-designing educational campaigns for the advancement of communities experiencing vulnerabilities.

I’ve also been a yoga practitioner for 20 years, fascinated by the magical, natural and spiritual worlds.

“ours is not the task of fixing the entire world at once, but of stretching out to mend the part of the world that is within our reach.”
